Gtechniq calls Crystal Serum Ultra “the best paint protection you can get,” and releases it only to Accredited Detailers. Gtechniq doesn’t accredit just anyone: shops must operate full-time, have years of hands-on experience with paint correction and Gtechniq coatings, have a physical building to apply and cure coatings, and complete Gtechniq’s accreditation training.

Every coating we install comes with Gtechniq’s standard product warranty for the coating you purchase. Gtechniq sets the terms, including coverage length for each product. Not covered, per Gtechniq: scratches, stone chipping, collision, vandalism and pre-existing paint defects.

Our Gtechniq coatings start at $799 for Gtechniq GT1 (12 months or more), $1,200 for EXO (up to 2 years), $1,500 for Crystal Serum Light (5 years) and $2,500 for Crystal Serum Ultra (9 years). Larger vehicles cost more, and we confirm your price before any work starts.
If you plan to keep your car for a few years, usually yes. One Gtechniq coating replaces years of waxing, protects the paint the whole time you own it and makes every wash faster. If you’re unsure, EXO or GT1 is a lower-commitment way to start.
Every package includes a paint enhancement polish. Deeper swirls and scratches need paint correction, which is sold separately and quoted after we inspect the paint. A coating locks in whatever finish is underneath.
No. A coating adds gloss, makes washing easier and resists contamination, but it won’t stop rock chips or deep scratches. Gtechniq’s warranty excludes scratches and stone chips. For impact protection, ask about paint protection film (PPF).
No. We install coatings only at our shop at 1302 N Pope Lick Rd, Louisville, KY 40299, near Middletown, Monday through Friday. Crystal Serum Light cures indoors in our temperature- and humidity-controlled shop before you take it home. Our other detailing services are still mobile.
Wait at least one week before the first wash, as Gtechniq recommends. Then hand wash with a pH-neutral shampoo, choose touchless over brush washes, and remove bird droppings and sap promptly.
